A Simple Yes

A simple yes led her out with a guy.

A simple yes led her to go further than expected.

A simple yes left her with a positive pregnancy result.

At Life Options, we have been serving women and men in the Lower Yakima Valley since 1986 and we have heard this not-so-simple story countless times over the years: it was the first time they had sex and she ended up pregnant. Or the condom broke.

It really can take just one time.

Although a couple may feel like it is the end of their world, we help them understand that they DO have options.

We provide a safe, confidential, judgment-free environment where they can find support and clarity about how to move forward.

That’s why we have medical centers in Grandview & Sunnyside and a medical mobile unit that goes to Toppenish, Mattawa, & Mabton: to serve women and men by offering free resources and referrals in the community.

Help a friend: Know someone that could benefit from our services? Share this information with them.

Think you might be pregnant and not sure what to do? The first step is to schedule an appointment for a free and confidential pregnancy test performed in one of our medical centers. Learn about your options that relate to your situation. Call one of our medical centers today, or make an appointment below.

An ultrasound can confirm whether your pregnancy is progressing, if you are beginning to experience a miscarriage, if the pregnancy is located inside the uterus, and verify how far along you are. If no intrauterine pregnancy is detected, you may be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy—a life-threatening condition that requires immediate emergency medical attention. Ultrasound findings may also affect what medical options are available, including the type of abortion, or when prenatal care should begin.
